Returns / Warranty
At Denali Performance we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will do everything to make sure you are. Returns are accepted if a product is received and the wrong part was ordered (for vehicle specific items), can NOT have been installed.
If a general item was purchased (tires, light bars, etc) returns will not be accepted.
Once a product has been installed returns are NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
All Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds will not be sent until the returned product is received, inspected and all parts are accounted for (any missing parts will be deducted from the refund).
Once inspected and all parts are accounted for we will submit your refund and may take up to 3 days to land in your account depending on the original payment method.
All products Denali Performance comes with a manufacturers warranty, if you do for any reason have a product fail, please contact us so we can get it replaced for you (All claims are subject to rejection from the manufacturer).
